Go to the Dubai Government Website and fill out the form with your contact information.

 

2nd step

Wait to receive a reply with instructions. When you receive it you must attach all the required documentation:

• Passport Photo.
• Medical insurance with coverage in the United Arab Emirates.
• Proof of employment or proof of ownership of a company with income over 5,000 USD per month.
• Bank statements for the last 3 months.

 

3rd step

Wait for your response. After that, you will be given the payment instructions and the amount to be paid of 611 USD.

After making the payment you will only have to wait for a response from the Dubai Virtual Work Program.
