- Affidavit of non-acceptance of job offers within the territory of Panama.
- Proof of income over US$36,000 per year.
- Pay the application fee of US$250 and the visa issuance fee of US$50.
- Additionally, applicants working remotely for a foreign company must submit a letter from the company that includes the role and functions you perform, your monthly income, and the modality of work.
Self-employed applicants must submit proof of ownership of the company registered outside of Panama and an affidavit describing their business activities and income.

The Panamanian government will provide an online platform to process applications. This process will be done from the official website of the National Immigration Service and can be completed in less than 30 days.
